This position is responsible for improving overall organizational productivity by driving the standardization and efficiency of business processes, as well as promoting the effective utilization of data across the company.
1. Business Process Improvement
- Analyze business processes across divisions and identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and dependency on individuals
- Develop improvement initiatives and redesign business processes
- Manage implementation and ensure sustainability of improvement initiatives
2. Data Organization and Utilization
- Organize and integrate internal and external data (sales, marketing, finance, market data, etc.)
- Identify issues through data analysis and support decision-making
- Improve methods for data utilization
3. Talent Development
- Train and develop junior staff (mainly in their 20s)
- Provide training on business process improvement and data utilization skills
- Promote knowledge sharing within the team
1. Must-Have
Experience
- At least 3 years of experience in business process improvement or operational efficiency enhancement
- Experience in cross-functional coordination and project management
- Experience in data-driven analysis and business improvement
- Experience using SAP ERP (user-level experience is acceptable)
Skills
- Ability to structure and visualize business processes
- Ability to identify issues and explain them based on data
- Communication skills to engage both operational teams and management
- Intermediate level or above in Excel (functions, pivot tables, etc.)
2. Preferred Qualifications
- Business-level English proficiency
- Experience in manufacturing or FMCG industries
- Experience participating in SAP ERP implementation projects
- Experience in data visualization using BI tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Experience using information-sharing tools such as SharePoint
- Experience working as a team leader
