Job Description

  • Lead cross-functional projects to digitize and streamline business processes.
  • Integrate and utilize data from multiple internal systems to build actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and other data visualization tools for management reporting. 
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to design and enhance the data warehouse structure.
  • Define business and technical requirements for digital projects in collaboration with external vendors. 
  • Evaluate and introduce new digital tools, platforms, and technologies that support business objectives. 
  • Promote data literacy and digital culture within the organization.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Business Administration, or related field. 
  • 5–8 years of professional experience in digital transformation, data analytics, or IT project management.
  • Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or consulting industries preferred. 
  • Practical experience and strong understanding of data analytics, process automation, and tools such as Power BI, SQL, Python, or R.
  • Hands-on experience with data architecture and database management (e.g., cloud-based DWH solutions). 
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Business-level English; Japanese proficiency preferred.
