Job Description

  • Lead and manage SAP implementation projects from planning to go-live, including requirement definition, vendor coordination, schedule control, and risk management
  • Drive company-wide DX initiatives by collaborating with multiple departments to optimize business processes and system utilization
  • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, IT vendors, and internal teams to ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables
  • Define project scope, timelines, KPIs, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
  • Identify operational issues and propose system-based or process-based improvement solutions
  • Manage, coach, and evaluate team members, ensuring clear role definitions, performance management, and skill development
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management on project status, risks, and outcomes

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Hands-on experience in business process improvement/reengineering, or in driving performance improvement through the application of digital technology and IT.
  • Ability to explain and quantify the effectiveness of business improvements using metrics such as labor effort, costs, KPIs, etc.
  • Strong data-driven mindset to identify issues and translate insights into practical improvement measures.
  • Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
  • Strong skills in data analysis, problem identification, and solution development.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Good English communication skills; Japanese communication skills are a plus.
