Mô tả công việc

1. Executive Calendar & Schedule Management

  • Develop, manage, and coordinate the General Director's calendar, including meetings, business trips, and corporate events.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to prepare meeting materials, reports, minutes, and all necessary arrangements.
  • Monitor key projects, programs, and milestones to proactively optimize the General Director's schedule.

2. Translation & Interpretation

  • Provide interpretation for the General Director during meetings, discussions with business partners, customers, the Group, and corporate events.
  • Translate business documents, reports, emails, and operational materials accurately and in a timely manner.

3. Execution & Follow-up of Executive Directives

  • Receive, consolidate, and communicate instructions from the General Director and Executive Management to relevant departments.
  • Monitor implementation progress, provide follow-up reminders, and summarize execution results.
  • Collect and analyze data, and prepare regular or ad hoc reports as required.

4. Business Analysis & Executive Support

  • Research and analyze business operations, market trends, and management-related information.
  • Recommend solutions and provide strategic support to the General Director in business operations, planning, and decision-making.
  • Assist in setting business objectives, monitoring performance, and carrying out delegated assignments.

5. Other Responsibilities

  • Welcome and support business partners and guests, and participate in assigned projects and corporate initiatives.
  • Propose process improvements, promote technology adoption, and perform other duties as assigned

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Economics, Law, Human Resources, Marketing, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Executive Secretary to a Director, CEO, or President in an organization with 500+ employees. Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or supporting Japanese/foreign executives is preferred.
  • Experience in translation and interpretation, cross-functional coordination, and external stakeholder communication.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in a corporate environment (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Human Resources, Finance/Accounting, or related functions).
  • Japanese proficiency at JLPT N1 level and English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 6.5+, with excellent verbal, written, translation, and interpretation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong planning, coordination, research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, multitasking, and ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Proactive, responsible, trustworthy, and a strong team player.
  • Mandarin Chinese communication skills are an advantage.
